Official spokesperson and representative of the club.
Presides at all club and Executive Board Meetings.
Appoints all Committee Chairs and fills vacancies with Executive Board approval.
Ex-Officio member of all committees except Nominating Committee.
Sets goals and budget for the club with approval of Executive Board.
Chair of Program Committee.
Schedules speakers for regular meetings and coordinates special workshops in conjunction with the President.
Defines and assists President with executing the goals of the club.
Awards Chair. Coordinates and submits reports and awards for club in conjunction with President and Chair.
Counselor to the Executive Board
Records minutes of all Club and Executive Board meetings, including a record of membership attendance
Attends to other business, such as correspondence and meeting notices, by direction of President
Attend to all business, such as correspondence and meeting notices, by direction of the President.
Send cards to those ill, bereaved, and seasonal.
Receives and deposits all funds of Club into Club bank account
Generates budgeted disbursements upon receipt of valid documentation, or other disbursements with approval of Executive Committee Treasurer
Assists the President where needed and with making annual budget
Notifies members of monthly spending, account balance and status of member dues
Provides parliamentary assistance to the President as needed and serves as the Bylaws Revision Chair, working in conjunction with two (2) members appointed by the President to present proposed revisions to the governing rules.
